Our signature bread. Rye Sourdough is a traditional German style, full flavoured rye bread and is one of the healthiest breads you can eat. Made the old fashioned way, our breads are alive and continue to mature.
Made from organic whole grains and freshly milled in our factory.
Fermented food made using a slow and natural fermentation - no yeast - so can be easier to digest.

Rye sourced locally from Canterbury organic farms.

Organic Rye, Organic Barley, Salt, Water
Contains gluten.
May contain soy, sesame.
We take great care in following our allergen control procedure, as such the risk of cross contamination is low.
STORAGE INSTRUCTIONS
Rye Sourdough is best kept in a cool dark place to allow it to develop it's outer crust and ripen the flavour of the moist inner crumb. This bread can be frozen, but we suggest slicing first and storing in a freezer grade bag.
