Cassava is our most popular "made with gluten free ingredients" bread due to it's fabulous moist texture and delicious taste.  Our slow and natural fermentation processes ensures that the bread rises to perfection without the need for yeast.

ORGANIC INGREDIENTS

Corn Flour, Buckwheat Flour, Tapioca Starch, Sunflower Kernels, Flax Seed, Sunflower Oil, Gaur Gum, Apple Cider Vinegar

NON-ORGANIC INGREDIENTS

Potato Flakes, Salt, Water

May contain gluten, soy, sesame.
We take great care in following our allergen control procedure, as such the risk of cross contamination is low. 

STORAGE INSTRUCTIONS

Store in a cool, dry place.  This is a living natural bread free from any preservatives or other additives, so if it gets hot it will develop mould.  Store it out of its bag, in a cool dark place or in the fridge.  Alternatively slice it up as soon as you get it home and freeze.
