A delicious gluten-free bread that has a great texture and tastes like 'real' bread! By using Buckwheat and Maize flours this bread is completely free from wheat and yeast. It is naturally fermented using a gluten free fermentation process which allows the bread to rise during the traditional preparation process without the need to add yeast.
It comes in 2 varieties, Original and Herb.
The Herb variety contains thyme, rosemary, marjoram, basil, coriander and fennel. The herbs are NOT organic. All other ingredients are.
This is a living natural bread free from any preservatives or other additives, so if it gets hot it will develop mould.
Store it out of its bag, in a cool dark place or in the fridge. Alternatively slice it up as soon as you get it home and freeze. Note that our bags are perforated to allow the breads to breathe so they do not make good freezer bags.
