A Buckwheat delight !!

By using Buckwheat and Maize flours, this bread is completely free from wheat and yeast. It is naturally fermented using no gluten ingrendients in the fermentation process. This allows the bread to rise during the traditional preparation process and give you all the benefits of a simple wholesome bread

ORGANIC INGREDIENTS

Buckwheat flour, Corn flour, Sunflower Oil, Sea Salt, Water, Guar Gum, Linseed, Poppy Seeds

May contain gluten, walnuts and hazelnuts

STORAGE INSTRUCTIONS

Store it out of its bag, in a cool dark place or in the fridge. Alternatively slice it up as soon as you get it home and freeze. Note that our bags are perforated to allow the breads to breathe so they do not make good freezer bags. Further tips are available here
