Cassava is our most popular "Made without gluten" bread due to it's fabulous moist texture and delicious taste. Our slow and natural fermentation processes ensures that the bread rises to perfection without the need for yeast.

Store in a cool, dry place. This is a living natural bread free from any preservatives or other additives, so if it gets hot it will develop mould. Store it out of its bag, in a cool dark place or in the fridge. Alternatively slice it up as soon as you get it home and freeze. Further tips are available here
