The Breadman difference
Most commercially produced breads need artificial preservatives to make them last, but the natural processes we use result in long-keeping breads without the need for such additives.

 The wholegrain flour contains all the vitamins and minerals in the grain
 Natural raising agents - Sour Dough and Backferment
 A long fermentation to achieve the full flavour of the grain and a longer lasting bread

The wheat we use is grown in Australia and like all Kamut® wheat it is certified organic. Of special note, and one of the many reasons we love it, is that Khorasan wheat is naturally higher in proteins and minerals, including selenium. Because it is an ancient grain it is naturally low in gluten so can be eaten by many people who are sensitive to modern wheat varieties.&lt;p&gt;
It makes a fabulous, golden bread awe use sourdough as well as yeast to create a springy texture with just a slight tangy flavour which compliments the hint of natural sweetness of the flour. A unique taste sensation!&lt;p&gt;
