Unfortunately GI testing in NZ is a rather expensive exercise for a small business like ours, however, it can be done at Otago University and we are hoping to do that sometime int eh future - you can help by buying more of our great products so we can do it sooner!
Looking at other similar types of bread it is clear that many of our breads, crackers and muesli will have a low GI but we'd still like to get them tested so we understand the science.
