Gluten Intolerence

One of the things we are hearing more and more from our customers is that they, or a family member, have been diagnosed Gluten intolerent, or with some other related condition that means they have to restrict or avoid Gluten completely.

We currently make 3 types of gluten free bread - Cassava, Cassave Fruit and Buckwheat and Corn plus 1 variety of gluiten free crackers - Crunchy Corn.
Our gluten free breads and crackers do not contain any dairy or soy products.
We are interested in making more gluten free products to provide a wider choice to those who can't eat gluten, so if this is you, we'd love to hear your suggestions.
